Last week, to celebrate British Science Week, our Science Department did a brilliant job of setting up daily challenges and activities for students and staff. There was everything from quizzes to TED Talks, and break-time fireplace activities included building the periodic table and the world’s smallest electric train!
The U12 and U15 Netball teams performed exceptionally on the court last week, as they both came head-to-head with Brighton College in the Sussex Cup final. Both teams battled hard to come away with the win and were crowned Sussex Cup champions.
Congratulations to the Year 12 Art, Textiles, and photography students who produced the most incredible pieces for the Light and Space Art Exhibition last week. Guests were blown away by their creativity and the way they used different media, techniques, and styles in response to the theme.
Finally, the Open Mic Night was fantastic, and it was wonderful to see so many students take to the stage. With such a range of music, from Nivarna to Taylor Swift, the evening was a huge success.
