The last week before the Easter break started with the annual Staff vs Student netball match, which this year saw the staff be the victors. It’s not long now until the OR vs Student match so do let us know if you would like to play or spectate!

The Music Department were celebrating as several Roedean students had successes in external competitions. Galina won multiple awards at the Hastings Music Festival, including the highest accolade – the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Cup. In the Springboard festival Bernice, Candis and Hettie all won in their classes, and Zyta came second in the Springboard Senior Championship Final. Congratulations to all of the girls.

And finally, Year 7’s annual Easter Cake Design competition came to a close, with our talented baker Ruth creating Soraya’s winning design. The cake was then presented to the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital staff, alongside the Easter Eggs donated by Year 7 for the patients.
