Following the huge success of the Gala Concert, we enjoyed more fabulous performances in the Open Mic night and the Dance Showcase last week - both events were great fun, and it was wonderful to see so many students taking part.

Our Year 10 students headed up to London on Tuesday, exploring the world of design at the Design Museum. They focused on the ‘REBEL: 30 Years of London Fashion’ exhibition, as well as engaging in a fascinating Smart and Sustainable Materials Workshop.

In sporting news, Roedean played the highly anticipated first football fixture of the school year, against Brighton College. It was a positive experience, and the students are already looking forward to the next game!

Final rehearsals will be taking place this week, ready for three performances of Jane Eyre, which will no doubt be a fantastic show. We are also looking forward to the annual Christmas Fair this coming Saturday, there will be a raffle, Christmas Café, and student stalls helping to raise money for their dedicated charities. We will also have a Roedean merchandise stall, a great chance to do some Christmas shopping - we hope to see some of you there.
