There have been some incredible performances over the last two weeks from so many talented students. The Brighton Festival Fringe Concert was superb – the repertoire was both exciting and challenging with outstanding contributions from soloists, choir, and orchestra.

Wednesday saw nineteen acts take to the stage for the Dance Showcase, covering a range of styles, including Hip Hop, Classical Ballet, Contemporary, and Jazz. With a Bollywood finale, it really was impressive to see the range of talents and the students’ readiness to take on something they had learnt in just a day.

Congratulations to Jasmine in Year 9, who has represented Great Britain in Showjumping in two international competitions. Competing in both France and Austria, against the very best ‘Children on Horses’ combinations in Europe - she did exceptionally well.

Finally, we bid farewell to year 13 on Friday, as they go on study leave in preparation for their public examinations. The occasion was marked with a special Leavers’ breakfast, followed by photographs in the Cloisters and a memorable Chapel service – we wish them all the best of luck!
