Keeping up with everything going on at Roedean

School News

Last week was Oliver Blond’s last one in School as our Headmaster, and so there were many celebrations throughout the week. These included a Farewell Dinner which included former colleagues, students and Trustees, and others who have supported Oliver and Helen in various ways during their 10 years at Roedean, a staff party at the Royal Pavilion, where we also celebrated the 125th anniversary of the Roedean buildings, and numerous fun challenges from the girls.

Of course, whilst this was going on, we also had all the ‘normal’ Roedean activities, such as a Music and Mystery Promenade Concert, and more incredible sporting success for the Netball teams – including two teams being crowned Sussex Champions!

And finally, we also announced the new Prefect Team for the next year, congratulations to Amelia and Maria who have been appointed our new Joint Heads of School.
