The cricket, tennis and athletics season started last week very successfully, with wins in cricket, a new Diamond League Record in the high jump, and the tennis doubles reaching a semi-final.
We also welcomed Soma Sara, the founder of Everyone’s Invited to Roedean, where she spoke about the important of raising awareness of sexual harassment in education. Our 6th Form girls were joined for the talk by students from Lancing College, Caterham School and Christ’s Hospital.
Last week also saw the culmination of the Year 12s' Community Action Programme, with the students making presentations about what they had achieved during the last year. It was a joy to realise that collectively they have contributed over 3,500 hours to our local community.
