The last week at Roedean before the summer half term, was an incredibly busy one at Roedean. We are excited to have launched our Take Your Seat appeal, to raise funds to refurbish and improve the Theatre. This will make a tremendous difference to the girls, whether they are on stage performing, or in the audience supporting their friends.

In other news, congratulations to the 31 students who took their LAMDA examinations in April, every single one was awarded a distinction, including two at Grade 8 Gold Medal. We have also announced our prefect team for the next year, congratulations to our new Head Girls, Sophia and Jemima.

Congratulations as well to Jacqueline who has won a highly-coveted place at the private JAM University in Vienna, one of the leading institutions for professional music education. And finally, Year 7 drama pupils took to the stage for their drama showcase, for many of the pupils involved, it was their first experience of performing at Roedean, their performance is available to view through the Head’s Weekly Review.
