This week we have been delighted to be able to loan St Mark’s Primary 20 iPads to help support those children who may not have an appropriate device to use for their lessons. We have also been able to share some more virtual activities with St Mark’s and Deepdene, such as Megan’s (Yr 12) Step-by-step video tutorial on how to make animals out of recycling.

On Wednesday, Year 12 and 13 historians were joined by some Year 11 students for a live Q&A session with two Holocaust Survivors as part of the University of Sussex’s annual Holocaust Memorial event. In other news, the Year 8 students reflected on their Sponsored Visual Impairment challenge to raise money for the Blind Veterans.

In our Race Around the World, we have now reached Algeria, and are on our way to Ghana. ORs can continue to add their distances to the School’s total by going to: https://roedean.wufoo.com/forms/p1g7zhue01t9wmg/.
