A dozen ORs in North America across the time zones joined the ORA President and Vice President for a Champagne Tea via Zoom on Saturday 24th July.
Connections were quickly established– one of our younger ORs finding out that one of her teachers in the US – pre-Roedean - was also an OR and on the call! Promises to meet up when next in California were made by several of the ORs, together with a flurry of requests to help re-connect with ORs who they had lost touch with over the years.
Hopefully we can manage to hold an in-person event in the US very soon.
Sadly, efforts at photos suffered a “technical failure”, so no shots of smiling faces I’m afraid.
