Beatrix Ong MBE (No.3, 1992-94) is an award-winning designer, author and international speaker who has worked in the creative industries for over 25 years. More recently, she completed an Advanced Diploma in Child Psychology and has spent the past years engaged in sponsored research and development, focused on enhancing mental health through nature, creativity and play. After spending time offline, Beatrix has returned to share an exciting physical-only publication, Wondawe.

Wondawe - a physical only zine where nature, community, and a touch of cheek collide in the most delightful way! The debut issue is packed with amazing stories, wonderful art, and a community vibe stronger than your morning chicory coffee.

Designed to converse about nature in a lighthearted way, Wondawe was developed from very serious research on the effects of nature, play and creativity on the mental health of children, young people and adults.

This first issue features Soraya Abdel-Hadi, Tom Dixon, Anna Bu Kliewer, Ryan Chetiyawardana, Anthony Claravall, Chris Floyd, Cat Garcia, Thomas Heatherwick, Caroline Issa, Natasha Law, Katy Wang and many more amazing humans, animals and plants.

You can learn more about Wondawe here and please do share www.wondawe.com with anyone who appreciates nature, humour, and community.
