Christmas Fair 2019

The theme of the Christmas fair was ‘Harry Potter’, and visitors, staff and parents really got into the spirit, including an 8ft Hagrid wandering around the fair and greeting visitors as they arrived!

The School Christmas Fair was held on Saturday 7 December and was a great success. A fantastic £8,400 was raised for three charities; Safe in Sussex, Off the Fence and Plan UK. The girls really went to town with their stalls, and they had some brilliant ideas to engage with our visitors. The Muggles Café, which served Butterbeer, Harry Potter cupcakes as well as a wide range of delicious cakes and tea was very popular, as was Sponge the Teacher through the ‘Mirror of Erised’!

A big thank you to the Parent’s Guild, whose stalls, including the Silent Auction and tombola where very successful, and who also oversaw a wide range of external stall-holders. Thank you also to everyone who donated prizes for the raffle, and Silent Auction, as well as the Surprise Christmas Messages for the girls. It was a brilliant event - congratulations to everyone involved and thank you to everyone who came!
