Congratulations Amber who won a gold and a silver medal at the European Athletics U20 Championships in Boras, Sweden. This follows on from her success at the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow in March, where she helped Great Britain to silver in the 4x400m relay.

Amber achieved a silver medal in the 400m in a time of of 52.18s - the fastest time run by a British U20 woman since 1982. She then went on to help the Great Britain team to gold in the 4x400m relay.

Amber, 18, was the youngest athlete selected to represent Great Britain at the European Indoor Championships earlier this year which is an amazing achievement. She is now studying at University in America on a full scholarship, and is aiming for a spot on the GB Olympic team next year in Tokyo.
