Keeping up with everything going on at Roedean

School News
Roedean marked International Women’s Day last Thursday with its Festival Celebrating Women.  This wonderful event brought 13 speakers to the School, including three ORs, and the students had options during the day to listen to speakers whose talks matched their interests.  We are delighted that the day was a great success.  Last week was Academic week at the School, and it started off with a bang as the School’s first University Challenge was held.  The teams were challenged with difficult questions that ranged over a number of challenging subjects.  The competition was thoroughly enjoyed by the audience who were continuously cheering in support of all our participants.  The School also celebrated World Book Day last Tuesday.  Congratulations to everyone who dressed up – both students and members of staff arrived in school in brilliant outfits designed to represent their favourite books.
