School News
It’s been another busy week at Roedean.  Speech Day last Saturday was a wonderful event, with Guest Speaker, Clemency Burton-Hill.  As ever, it was lovely to welcome back those who left Roedean last year.  The school marked Remembrance Day with two beautiful services in the Chapel last Friday, as well as ten members of the Senior Singers representing Roedean at the Remembrance Day Service held in the St Dunstan’s Chapel at the Blind Veterans UK.

Discovery Day on Wednesday was an absolutely brilliant event from start to finish.  It included exciting academic activities, fantastic catering, and some also enjoyed a very exciting sleepover at the school!  Last week twenty of the school’s most able Sixth Form mathematicians chose to enter this year’s Maths Olympiad for Girls, a national competition designed to encourage girls to tackle ‘advanced mathematical problem solving’.
