We are pleased to announce that the Roedean Governors' Annual General Meeting will take place at The Caledonian Club, 9 Halkin Street, London on Monday 11 March 2019. The Agenda is as follows;

5.15 pm - Registration and refreshments upon arrival

6.00 pm - AGM - Welcome and Opening Remarks by the President of the Corporation to be followed by:
 

• Minutes of the AGM held on the 19th February 2018 to be approved.
•  
• Presentation of the Annual Report by the Chair of the Council of Trustees, Roger Sanders OBE, followed by questions from the floor.
•  
• Presentation of the Accounts of the Corporation for the Financial Year Ended 31 August 2018 by the Chair of the Finance Committee, Andrew Pianca FCA, followed by questions from the floor.
•  
• Resolution to re-appoint Crowe UK LLP as the Corporation's Auditors for a further term of twelve months.
•  
• Election of Trustees.

7.05 pm - Chair's Closing Remarks - formal business of the AGM concludes.

7.10 pm - School Presentation - Current Priorities

7.20 pm  - Ask the Trustees - Panel Q&A session

8 pm - Dinner
